This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is entered into by and between Gregory Group LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), the owner and operator of the Jet Fuel Soul mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"), and you, the end user ("you" or "your"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.

This information is used solely for the purpose of improving the functionality and user experience of the App.
• Device and Technical Information: We may collect certain technical information about your device, including device type, operating system version, and application version, for the purposes of ensuring compatibility, diagnosing technical issues, and maintaining service integrity.
• Communications: If you contact us directly for support or other purposes, we may retain records of that correspondence, including any personal information you choose to provide therein.

We do not track you. Jet Fuel Soul does not collect data for the purpose of tracking your activity across third-party applications, websites, or services. We do not engage in behavioral advertising, cross-context behavioral tracking, or the sale of your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate and deliver the App, we engage certain third-party service providers who process data on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to perform the services they provide to us and in accordance with this Policy. We engage third-party providers in the following categories:

• Authentication and Data Storage: We use a third-party backend infrastructure provider to securely store account credentials, user data, and app content.
• Subscription and Purchase Management: We use a third-party subscription management provider to validate in-app purchases, manage subscription entitlements, and process transaction data received from the applicable mobile platform.
• Artificial Intelligence Features: Certain AI-powered features within the App transmit user inputs to a third-party AI service provider for the purpose of generating responses. Inputs processed through these features are subject to the applicable provider's data handling practices.
• Audio Streaming Delivery: We use a third-party audio streaming provider to deliver music and audio content within the App.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Upon termination of your account, whether initiated by you or by us, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by using the account deletion feature within the App or by submitting a written request to the contact information provided below.

7. Data Security

We implement and maintain commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission via industry-standard protocols and secure authentication mechanisms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or interests, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately using the information provided below. Upon verification, we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our records. If you are located in a jurisdiction where the applicable age of digital consent is higher than 13, that higher age applies with respect to your use of the App.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
